  • Any pertinent medical records.
  • Insurance information and any appropriate referrals

If you have a non-life threatening emergency...
If you have an emergency during office hours, please call our office first. We have a system in place to accommodate you and get you the quality care that you need. After business hours, our service will answer your call. A Coastal physician is on call 24 hours/ 7days a week, so give the operator the name of your doctor and describe your emergency.
