Shoulder pain; treated with NSAID patch, injury within the last 7 days, patch applied for 14 days.

Cancer breakthrough pain; sub lingual spray, adjuvant to already established medications, receive medication for four months.

Acute soft tissue injury; treated with NSAID cream for total of 7 days, any soft tissue extremity without abrasion.

Osteoarthritis opioid medication; for hip and knee, cannot have replacement, receive once a day medication for up to 12 weeks.

Sacroiliac joint pain; treated with cooled radiofrequency denervation

Chronic breakthrough pain; treated with oral dissolving tablet, subjects remain on established around the clock tablet.

All trials provide study medication, medical exams, labs and may be eligible for time/travel reimbursement.
