I was suffering from a spinal condition that didn’t allow normal activity and walking was even difficult. Medication did not relieve the problem. By referral, I scheduled a consultation with Dr.Sirianni. He reviewed my MRI and other documentation of treatment and listen to what I had to say. He recommended an injection into the problem area of the spine. Within a week my condition had improved significantly. I’m back to my normal routine. Dr.Sirianni and his staff were exceptional.

Dr. Sirianni is the best pain specialist, in my opinion, he’s helped me more with my legs than any other doctor in all my research in 7 years!!!! I’ve been through countless docs, but this doc has got it together!!!! He knows his business!!! Praise God!

Dr. Sirianni is a good listener. He is easy to talk to. I have got several injections for lower back pain and it has been helpful. I would recommend Dr. Sirianni.
What a nice doctor, and left me pain-free!! Highly recommended!
I received a spinal implant from Dr. Sirianni. I am still in the process of identifying the proper setting for my implant, but Dr. Sirianni and his staff especially Bridget are caring, kind, and helpful. On a scale of 1-10, Dr. Sirianni and his staff are a 10.
Dr. Sirianni administered an epidural shot yesterday, April 5, 2018, on my lower spine. I hobbled into the treatment room with pain in my lower back and down my left leg. However, I came out of the treatment room walking quite normally, and with a smile on my face. Even today I definitely feel better than I did last night. Dr. Sirianni is a gentle doctor with a good “bedside manner.” He is quite knowledgeable, compassionate, and is easy to talk to. I barely felt the epidural needles going in.

I went to Dr. Sirianni originally based on his availability. I had acute pain in my right hip and leg for several months from an injury and nothing else I tried had worked, and I was able to get in the same day I called (late September 2017). To date, I have had three visits and each one built on the last. Most importantly, Dr. Sirianni really listened to me each time and responded in ways that were supportive of the direction that I felt was appropriate, and spent the time needed to talk things through. Options I sought included the right approach to pain management and prescriptions for manual therapy and a medical device (Frequency Specific Microcurrent). Dr. Sirianni really honored me (and my fiancé, who was present each visit) and what I felt was needed, while offering his expertise along the way. He acted as a team member, not an “expert that knows what is right.” And this is a big difference!!! I highly recommend Dr. Sirianni for those patients that want someone on their team, not just an expert to follow. Also, his staff is personable and professional and did all they could to be of assistance. I thank Dr. Sirianni and his staff for such an impactful experience.
