About Dr. Constant

Dr. Douglas Constant is a board-certified pain management physician who specializes in interventional treatments of the neck and spine. He has a special interest in all forms of spinal injections, Vertiflex procedure for spinal stenosis, facet injections, spinal cord stimulation, vertebral compression, and pelvic fractures.

Dr. Constant proudly obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Naval Academy. He received his Medical Degree from Tulane University and completed his Anesthesiology Residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). He then went on to complete his Pain Fellowship at Harvard University and is Board Certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine.
