Dr. Schafer has taken great care of me for many years. I greatly respect his approach in that he is not quick to recommend surgery as a first solution. No, he suggested PT, medication, and injections before we talked about surgery on my right shoulder, I have since gone back to Dr. Schafer to help with my left shoulder as well.
