Acquiring a package is as simple as online shopping. Select the package you need by clicking on one of the buttons above. Once you’ve picked out the right one, press “purchase” and proceed through an easy checkout process.

We accept all major credit cards to make the payment process smooth. Additionally, select packages offer the option to pay through ACH bank transfer.

After purchasing your desired package, you’ll need to get in touch with our office to finalize your appointment time. In many instances, they might reach out to you proactively.

We recognize that circumstances change. If you’ve purchased a package with our self-pay partner HealthMe and need to cancel, they offer a full refund if the cancellation occurs at least 2 business days before your scheduled appointment. If a cancellation is made within the 2-business-day window, while the purchase price becomes non-refundable, you can reschedule the appointment once.

Certainly! After purchasing a package, you’ll receive a unique 7-character code via email. This is your redemption code. When you go for your appointment, show this code to our staff. It helps them quickly retrieve your package details and other pertinent information.

Upon reaching your scheduled appointment, just present your distinct redemption code to the front desk. They’ll use it to confirm your arrival.

Unfortunately, those enrolled in government programs are not qualified to participate. If you are a participant in such a program or are covered in-network and mistakenly bought a self-pay package, we can ensure a complete refund.
