- On-site clinic held twice per month.
- A timely evaluation following a Concentra orthopedic referral.
- Early orthopedic input without an automatic off-site referral.

Dr. Puzzitiello evaluates common work-related orthopedic upper and lower extremity injuries, including:
- Acute strains and sprains
- Knee injuries: Ligament tears (ACL, MCL, PCL, LCL) and meniscus/cartilage damage often resulting from slips, trips, or falls.
- Shoulder injuries: Rotator cuff tears, impingement, and tendonitis from overhead lifting or repetitive motions.
