Richard N. Puzzitiello, MD, now evaluates workers’ compensation patients on-site at Concentra (1105 53rd Ave E, Bradenton, FL 34203), allowing for faster triage, treatment planning, and return-to-work guidance.

As part of this urgent care partnership, Coastal Orthopedics and Concentra provide:

• Orthopedic and sports medicine physician on-site at Concentra.
• On-site clinic held twice per month.
• A timely evaluation following a Concentra orthopedic referral.
• Early orthopedic input without an automatic off-site referral.

What Conditions Can Be Evaluated at Concentra?

Dr. Puzzitiello evaluates common work-related orthopedic upper and lower extremity injuries, including:

• Acute strains and sprains
• Knee injuries: Ligament tears (ACL, MCL, PCL, LCL) and meniscus/cartilage damage often resulting from slips, trips, or falls.
• Shoulder injuries: Rotator cuff tears, impingement, and tendonitis from overhead lifting or repetitive motions.
