About Dr. Ottaviani
Dr. Laura Ottaviani is a board certified physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist who focuses in the restoration of patient function. Having obtained her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University, Dr. Ottaviani completed her residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Missouri, followed by a fellowship in musculoskeletal medicine at the University of Missouri. Dr. Ottaviani utilizes a range of non-surgical means including muscle and joint injections, physical therapy, medication and bracing to treat various orthopedic conditions. These conditions include muscle spasticity and lower back pain. She holds a special interest in the use of Botulinium toxin to treat specific neurologic conditions including stroke, adult cerebral palsy and headaches, and has specialty training in the use of electrodiagnosis to define nerve injury.
Dr. Ottaviani enjoys spending time with her husband and her three children.
