About Dr. Harkess

Dr. John W. Harkess is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in total joint arthroplasty of the hip and knee. He completed his residency at the Campbell Clinic in Memphis, TN. He went on to complete his fellowship training in total joint replacement at the Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, CA. Dr. Harkess has particular interest in minimally-invasive joint replacement, robotic surgery, and hip fracture care.

Dr. Harkess enjoys spending his free time with his wife and young son. His hobbies include scuba-diving and boating.
